Schematic Capture and Design
We can generate the schematic from a simple sketch, import an existing schematic or use a current netlist. Alternatively, the schematic can be designed from scratch using an idea or concept and turn it into reality.
Printed Circuit Board Layout
Previous experience in medical class, automotive and defence standard designs in various complexities across a range of PCB laminates all of which comply with industry recognised IPC standards.
Library Part Generation
Creation of schematic symbols and footprints in guidance with the IPC7351 standard. The schematic and PCB libraries with embedded manufactures data can be provided as part of the PCB project deliverable.
Fabrication Outputs
Generation of Gerber and drill files or OBD++ outputs for data packs used in PCB manufacture. All of our designs are fully documented with manufacturing drawings and relevant outputs.
PCB Manufacture
We can oversee the fabrication of quick turnaround prototype PCB assemblies in partnership with a reliable PCB design house including board production and electronic component assembly.
Cable Assemblies
Creation of simple to complex cable drawings and wiring diagrams. We can source the connectors and mating components and manage the construction of cable assemblies with our experienced manufacturer.
Drawings
All of our designs are fully documented with manufacturing drawings - assembly drawing, drill drawing, manufacture instructions, wiring diagrams and board stack up drawings to name a few.
Documentation
Produce all documents to record the entire design process tailored for your project requirements. Bill of materials, pick and place data, design rationale, design traceability matrix, FMEA and risk reports.
Obsolescence
Redesign a circuit board to remove obsolescence and bring it into line with modern design standards. Or convert old designs generated from legacy programs into our current design package. We can work with legacy designs in any CAD package.
Electromagnetic Compatibility
All of our designs come with this technology as standard from the outset. EMC and EMI design is woven into our schematic, PCB and cable designs which can avoid expensive redesign later in the project.
